Energizer wanted to execute a trade and consumer launch of a new smart charger that provides details on the amount of time left to charge batteries through trade channels. The big challenge is to ensure that the product shine through the already saturated market.
With a product that gives you feedback on charging status, you can bank on a smarter way to charge. This is why we used the tagline “A smarter charger with a high IQ” for the consumer campaign. Keeping in mind that sales were the motivation for trade channels, we adopted “Power up your sales with a smarter charger” for the headline. Our efforts succeeded in clear messaging for the right markets.
